Overall my experience this far has been very positive. The location is convenient and kept in very clean order. The staff I’ve dealt with have all been very helpful and extremely professional. My feedback on areas for improvement include: 1. Longer hours to access the unit especially in the backend. A 7pm close time is too early, I’d prefer at least 9pm. 2. The dolly’s provided are far too flimsy and small for the larger units. I’ve never seen a facility use small, light weight carts like this in any facility I’ve... read more
