Noelle was the teller who helped me. She was very professional and friendly. I had a lot of different denominations of money and quantity to ask for. She counted as well as put in a professional layout so I could see and count the money easily in front of her. She made sure all the bills faced one way. With employees like her is why I bank at Harborstone Credit Union. Noelle is an asset to this establishment. Everyone in the Lakewood branch are friendly.

My service provider, Rita McKinley, and the other customer providers are always cheerful and ready to assist. I asked Rita about the money in my savings account and she assisted me w an appointment to purchase a CD. This is one of the many ongoing services from my Lakewood branch. Kirsten Kellum is graciously assisting me w my CD purchase.

Poor customer service And the lines are always so long that you end up waiting over 20 minutes just to do your banking.
I had someone break into my vehicle and steal my bank card and Harborstone is unwilling to work with the police on identifying who is responsible for all of this chaos I had to deal with in order to get Harborstone to give me my money back. Didn’t have an issue at my other banks and they were willing to release video footage to the police. Harborstone doesn’t care about their customers. They are just in it to collect interest and fees.
