I'm not sure which branch she is at (because I used the chat to intimate contact) but Jenifer absolutely moved mountains to fix an urgent issue I was having yesterday and today. She took it upon herself to figure out a solution to something that was quite tricky. It involved her voluntarily calling another company and getting things handled on my behalf so that they could start work on the project I need done urgently. I don't personally bank here but I do some work for somebody that does and they pay me with a personal check so I frequently visit here to cash it. They are generally pretty quick and there's no charge to cash checks like every other bank in the area! I highly recommend!!!
After moving to Gig Harbor, we wanted to bank local and prefer credit unions. We decided on Harborstone due to other reviews. Due to a self-inflicted problem, the team at Harborstone really made the difference in getting us back on track. Meghan was wonderful to work with. She is very professional and assured us we could resolve this problem together. She guided us and helped get us on track in a matter of days. I’m not sure other credit unions or banks could have been more helpful or efficient.
Harborstone Credit Union is the best financial institution I have ever experienced in my 47 years of banking! I've been with them for well over 20 years.
