I have lived in Harbour House two different times and loved it each time. The superintendent Elaine made every bit of it, she knows her buildings and is always there for you whatever you need. Page is a great company to rent from as well, they are fair and promptly responsive whenever I’ve had to reach out. Very friendly and professional and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent with them. I do and will continue to miss it there!
Overall it was a great place to rent. The resident manager, Elaine, is great and very helpful. Only downside is that noise does carry, and there are inconsiderate tenants who don’t care if they get warnings.
Landlady at Harbour House is the best I've had over many years of renting. Friendly and always there to help make my life easier. Hidden gem of downtown Halifax.
The staff and management are friendly, helpful, and promptly reply to emails/ texts. The location is perfect. The halls and area around the building are kept maintained and clean. I couldn't see myself living anywhere else
