Over promises and under delivers. Expect a higher than average retainer fee. I told Bill my ex wont settle in mediation. He failed to tell me his daily court rate fee is $5k!! Was it in the load of paperwork I signed? yes. However being ignorant, I didnt even know to ask this question. Had he told me this at the consult, id have been out the door before he finished the sentence. I found someone else to represent me at much more reasonable rates. Finally! My divorce is over now! I'm very satisfied with their services. I'm very particular, choosy, and picky, so I cancelled my first lawyer because I found my previous lawyer as weak and intimidating.
