We had water in the carpeting in our closet. We called Ted Hardenburgh to help up. He showed up when promised and exhibited excellent professionalism. He was courteous and informative. He did his due diligence and determined the source of the leak was the A/C unit and not the plumbing. He referred up to an A/C person and refused payment. He is honest - a rare trait. You can feel confident when dealing with him. Thanks for the great job Ted.

Top notch! Ted Hardenburgh did a fantastic job and replaced our water heater seamlessly. It wasn’t an emergency replacement thankfully, but it was time to replace our 15 year old water heater. I spoke with Ted on the phone to discuss replacement options and scheduled an appointment for Friday of that week. He arrived on time and the price he quoted was what we paid. BTW all things being equal, Ted was $450 less than my other quote. Totally professional and highly recommend Ted, he did a great job!

Ted fixed a few issues with my house, replacing water heater, removing water softener, replacing valves, shower pipes, and a few other plumbing issues. I was impressed on how he would stay until the one job he started to work on was completed. I can't thank him enough for his skills and time as there were quite a few issues that needed to be addressed. Ted did a great job. I hired him to find a leak under the master bath sink which the insurance company "found" during an inspection. Turns out there was no leak. Ted was honest enough to tell me that! I quickly found other plumbing needs that required his expert attention. He is very professional and responded quickly to my call. Let your search for a plumber stop here. Ted Hardenburgh is the #1 plumber in my book.

The most professional, knowledgeable and personable man I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We called Ted late on a Friday night with an emergency water outage and not only was he here bright and early the very next morning, but he had the problem resolved before lunch time came around. Definitely thankful to have found our new go-to plumbing company, especially all the way out here in Loxahatchee! We HIGHLY recommend Hardenburgh Plumbing!!
