After seeing Hardie Tatman there for over a year I got the feeling she didn’t actually care for my wellbeing. I was asked several times “well what do you want to try” with no knowledge of medication management. I told the physician I was attempting to get pregnant and wanted a medication I could take throughout. She put me on one that is not safe for pregnant women and has warnings of possible birth defects. She hears me and understands me, I don’t think she’ll ever understand how much I needed her. I look forward to her professional advice which is way better than the medical education I have from Google. At my advanced age I usually have a hard time explaining myself but she guides me without putting words in my mouth if that makes any sense.
Wonderful bedside manner, attentive and good note taker. Great job supporting my mental health.
My particular therapist is fine. The operations of this doctors office are a mess. Constantly billed incorrectly. Have my FSA card charged for random amounts. At this point if it's under $100 discrepancy I don't worry about it. Been like this for years. Their front office and billing are a train wreck. The prescription writing service they use is also hot garbage. Hard to recommend them as an office this size I expect them to be able to run the business side. It's not like it's one doc and a receptionist.
Hardie is great--always on time, keeps up with refills, and listens really well. She makes me feel welcome and safe and heard. I also like the app we use for appointments because it's simple and easy to understand.
