They went above n beyond for us when we were going through with our cat “Havoc” when he had surgery n then last week when we had to put him down couldn’t have a better vets thank you so much it meant the world to us the way yall treated us during this time of greif

Grateful they got us in immediately to rule out an emergency however, their inability to take an abdominal X-ray without drugging a GSP truly baffles me. They tried to baby talk him through it all which is not what he needed. He needed to held down for 2 min and an x-ray taken. The risk of sedation vs the risk of a dog being happy for 2 min is not even comparable. They nearly killed my mama cat spaying her when her kittens were 5 weeks old, she got mastitis really bad, her sutures came out they didn't even want to see her!!!! just antibiotics and a spray from Walmart. Took her back 2 months later she was acting strange wondered if she had been kicked by a donkey, wanted X-rays and full blood work up, but also agreed if she'd been kicked there would be evidence upon exam. nothing!!! 2 months later she has a seizure and we rush her to a new vet, Dr. Moore.
