Stop texting me after your tech and trainee messed up not just mine but also my parents ac units which you paid for a whole new inside Aframe unit due to the service and me an my kids had to sleep somewhere else till it was fixed. P.s still waiting on the 309.00 dollar refund for the service call that you said I was getting due to the inconvenience and mess up I’ve had 7 messages to give you a review in alittle over a week.

This was a great price for the service performed. The techs showed up on time, and worked steadily to complete the service on all 7 units. They were very polite, neat, and answered my questions. We signed up for the annual maintenance plan which is a great value. I would recommend Harmon to anyone!
Excellent Great service and fair price. Our air went out and they were here the next morning. They were on time and very nice. They checked everything thoroughly. Fixed the issue in a timely manner. They recommended other services needed for maintenance of our unit and even showed pictures of things needing to be fixed. They did not push the other recommended services by any means. I would recommend Harmon Mechanical.
I cannot say enough great things about this company. They are the third HVAC company I’ve dealt with in Auburn, and are by far superior to the others. The communication from them is top tier. They arrive exactly when they say they are going to. They do great work. And they are honest. I will gladly recommend them to anyone and call them whenever I need them!
