Harper Flats is a genuinely terrible apartment complex. I won't write an extremely long post but will highlight the main issues since 2020. 1. All 24 units shared one washer and dryer on site for almost one year. When the tenants collectively inquired, the apartment management said that washers and dryers were not an amenity. I co signed for my Son here and it has been an outstanding experience. They have made the move in easy for him and have made themselves available for any concerns or issues from the start. I truly appreciate them helping him. It means a lot with him moving so far away
Great place to live. The office Is always available and if there is any issues they fix it asap. The apartments are up to date the only problem I had is there door for the closets keep coming off lol other than that everything is perfect.
Live here if you want to share 1 washer with the entire building. They’ll tell you they have 3 washers but I’ve lived here for 4 years and they are perpetually out of service. You’ll also have 0 water pressure in the kitchen sink or shower.
I applied on November 11 and was approved same day got my keys on the 12 of November moved in on the 13 of. November staff was great and kind and excellent service would recommend to any one who needs quick moving time
