Tenant focused Ruthann and her team of office staff have been exceptionally nice and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels included with community events and activities. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes, but the management at Harper Place has been the only ones that have actually cared about the people that live at the apartments. Decided to renew my lease for another year!
Harper place Great location considered renting at this location but the biggest con is there is a huge cell-phone tower on the property and that alone rendered my decision not to rent here
