The facility is first class and the location is great. The problem is it’s more like an assisted living facility, nothing going on. The real show stopper is the food has been, and continues to be terrible. It’s been promised for over a year after multiple chefs, that the food would improve, but no joy. Shame because it is a nice facility, but management could care less about the quality of the food.
It is difficult not to recommend this beautiful facility. It had everything on my wish list to care for my husband who has dementia: good food, caring and well trained staff, beautifully designed memory care center, good nursing care and a wealth of appropriate activities. Why did I walk away? Beware their contract with you. Ask for a copy in advance.
