RecommendedIt was a easy process to book a stay at the house in Morgantown on Fort Morgan Road. Everything was contactless. Key codes were provided. It was like being in a small coastal village. We had a short walk to beach and it was doable. Kiva Dunes golf course was close by. Sassy Bass and Tacky Jacks restaurant were convenient. RecommendedLoved the house and location. Spent every day in the ocean, on the beach, or in the pool! Clean, well equipped and very adequate for 14 people! Had an issue with the AC which was addressed by friendly capable people. A walkway over the dunes would be the one improvement. Thanks for a great vacation spot to celebrate “grandma’s” birthday🎂🎂

RecommendedOur stay at “Keep It Simple” was wonderful. The beach house was very clean and spacious for our needs. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach and the extras provided for us, things we didn’t have or know we needed. We are looking forward to coming back soon.
