We book a rental on a Sunday, found out the weather was not going to be very good for the upcoming weekend and cancelled on Monday. The company took my whole $900.00 and would not refund any money at all. I can understand a $100 or $200 for cancelling, but my whole amount. After three attempts to reschedule my vacay, I hung up the phone flabbergasted. I was in no way trying to get money back or cancel, simply trying to reschedule due to this virus. she even checked the week I wanted to reschedule for..the same condo was in fact available..but still would not change my reservation date. she did say she has never dealt with something like this, well, neither have I. we also had a trip scheduled for SC...they actually called me to reschedule. the difference is as night and day, my first impressi... read more
RecommendedIf you are in Divided by 4 house now, please contact me. The office is so swamped and I left something in that house. It’s all of my kiddos DVDs. They took it out of my bag without my knowledge and hid it in a drawer. Thank you thank you thank you. *****edited******it is now weeks after my departure and my kids DVDs are officially gone. REVIEW MORE TOWARDS SPECTRUM..BUT Harris involved as well. This was our 2nd time staying at the Beach Club. 1st time was fantastic...this time was a nightmare. Our arrival was 8/18/19. From the beginning...I booked this over 4 months ago through ourgulfreservations. We planned a shark fishing trip in Perdido for Saturday knowing we couldn't check in until Sunday. Who is responsible for cleaning these properties? Harris properties management? Sheets stained with blood! The blanket for the fold out bed couch wasn’t even washed with blood? Dirt ? All over it ! Sheet was washed smelled like bleach but stained blood!!!! Gross
We are staying at a Harris Property in Fort Morgan for the weekend. I called to discuss the carport that was advertised in the property description but is blocked by a golf cart that is "for owner use only". I would recommend not advertising the carport or the owner(s) taking the cart with them. I was unfortunate enough to speak with Brittany and didn't get much of an answer. Stayed at Bonnie Dunes - October 2018 Pool was nice size. Needless to say the 1 star says it all. Greeted by stopped up showers, wobble toilets and unkempt property. We are still affected by the cocleburs as the area aournd the pool and walk way to the pool was not weeded. Pool was unusable at night because there is no lighting around or in the pool.Pool was not serviced before or during our stay. Fans noisy. Furniture needed updated. No vacuum or broom. We arrived after driving 9 hours to find out there was a mix up with our reservations. We called the office and they said there was nothing they could do. They had no place for us to stay. We asked to speak with Ryan who we have always dealt with only to be told we could not talk to him. After about 30 min a lady called back to tell us she found us a place to stay but it would cost us over 300 dollars and we had to be checked out by 10am the next morning and we couldn’t get in our house until 3:30. We stayed at pelican paradise had issues with water leaking in front door and bedroom window. One of their workers came and looked at them but nothing was done. It is advertised as having TVs in each bedroom there was only 1 bedroom with a TV. When i called the lady i talked to said she would ask her boss about it i never heard anything else from them. The chairs on the deck were broken you had to double them up to sit in them. There was a beautiful view but I would not recommend renting this house to anyone.
