Let me preface this by saying that my husband and I have been renting our home through this company for years now without issue, but this most recent incident has been a MAJOR ball drop on their part. Eight days ago last Wednesday, our kitchen cabinets became unanchored and detached from the wall. I immediately called the emergency repair line, because our microwave is built into the cabinets, and the cabinets themselves have a socket built in that runs a live electrical line through the entirety of the cabinet.
