Not bad, but the hidden thing is, they require you to have rental insurance and if you don't have it, they will make you purchase theirs. I was expecting a certain amount per month and this popped up.

We do require all tenants to have insurance on their stored items, just to make sure everything’s protected in case of things like fire, theft, or weather damage.
