Dr. Yuan is not interested in listening to patients in order to determine an appropriate treatment plan. He does not read patient history fully before making a decision on what treatment is appropriate.

never gets anything accomplished. keeps sending you back to him time and time again and accomplishes nothing. rarely listens to what we say. would never recommend him to anyone.
