This is the second time I’ve had knee surgery with Dr Nagarkatti. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my knees. He and his team are amazing. Organized and caring. Perfection at our doorstep! Gold star guys⭐️

From pre-op to post op including in home therapy ,my total knee replacement went smoothly. Starting with Dr. Zuchelli , to check in to post op follow up . Everyone was helpful, kind and professional. Everyone made the experience so much better. I am thankful for all the nurses , techs, physical therapist and Dr.Zuchelli. God bless each of them .

Both Devon and Jim were very attentive and helpful through my recovery. They answered all my questions, were both very knowledgeable. If they were unable answer my question they escalated it to my medical team .Jim also contacted Byram about my ileostomy supplies as they hadn't arrived even a week after Jim had placed the order.On a follow up visit he was able to find out that it hadn't even been shipped, He got it resolved and expedited. I love this office and the people in it at Hartford Healthcare they're In-Home Care people are amazing, and my surgeon Dr Sullivan is amazing all of the staff in his office all of the in-home care that I've received with everyone who's been involved in my healing...and they do not just care about your physical issues they also care about your mental well-being during these very trying times when you're down being broken for long periods God bless them all and keep them safe so that they can continue to care for the people in... read more

I had a great experience with Hartford HealthCare at Home (Thank You, Cathy!). The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me confidence in the care I was receiving. Beyond their expertise, they were genuinely caring and friendly, making every visit a positive one.I especially appreciated how they took the time to explain both what they were doing and the 'why' behind it, which made the recovery process much easier to follow.
