First nurse told me husband was in heart failure (which is aware of) and that he had 1-2 possibly three weeks to live which I passed dalong to our children. her second visit -i needs to change the time form 10 a.m. to later in the day or next day. Hartford Health Cate at Home Hodpice is NOT a traditional hospice in my opinion. My experience is it is set up and named Hodpice but is focused on quantity ( numbers / profit) over quality. The poor leadership, focusing on numbers takes advantage of compassionate staff by manipulating and bullying. They have a high staff, turnover and continuity of care is very poor.
