Very friendly and welcoming environment—clean, comfortable, and well‑organized. Dr. Harvey is excellent; he clearly explains what needs attention and what can wait, and he is always very careful with his patients. Nicole at the front desk is fantastic as well—she goes out of her way to find appointment times that work for your schedule. Overall, a great experience.
I recently moved to Windsor from Toronto for work and I was looking for a new dentist. I found Dr. Harvey and what an amazing experience! Dr. Harvey was beyond accommodating with getting me an appointment on short notice. The entire process from check in, to X-Rays, to cleaning and the check up was extremely efficient and very relaxing. When I met Dr. Harvey he was extremely thorough in explaining everything to me. Always been a pleasant experience going in. Always greeted with a smile and make sure I'm keeping up with my oral hygiene. It's a vulnerable time when someone is all up in your face with magnifying glasses and your mouth wide open for them but they make you feel at ease. Great staff, great practice, great dentist.
Harvey dental is a dentist happy to milk your benefits, with pointless treatments, but addresses no real dental issues. His staff routine book my children for all sorts of appointments cleaning fillings "which i also suspect are not needed sometimes" prtective coatings, whitening... but then when I needed actual dental work in serious pain he told me he could not address my cracked tooth without a cleaning apt first & charged me 50$ for just looking at my mouth a literal (10 Second apt). I was in for a cleaning today. I was not impressed with the procedure. I don't feel like it was completely done. I know my teeth are bad for scaling, however it doesn't feel like the are cleaned correctly.
