Horrible customer service. I live in the neighborhood and have been approached twice by an older man who works there that acted annoyed when I didn’t want his help. Today after I said “no thanks” he told me that I should “take his advice so that I know how to drink good wine someday” and then walked away. Very rude and condescending. I am in my 40s and lived near wine country for many years. While not a sommelier, I know my wine. Even though I live nearby, I won’t be back.
I've been here a few times and the service has been tremendous. I've been assisted when I've had any questions and they stock good accompaniments to wine (cheese, liquor, beer). I appreciate the labels and deals they have, especially as they can help guide me with what I'm looking for. Easy 5 stars from me!
Friendly staff and unique thc drink selections I haven't seen anywhere else! Also have food for wine pairings
I've been coming here for years. One particular employee is not the friendliest but today he was flat out rude and acted like I had done something wrong. I'm sure it won't make any difference that I will never spend another penny here.
Very good wine selection. It was difficult to find an Italian wine with no sulfate.
