Thank you Christina and Noel for your dedication in finding me the right unit!! The attention to detail, one of a kind fabrics and textures throughout the community is out of this world. The most enjoyable moment is when I get home from a long day in the city and I can admire the sunset as I go run around the lake and then walk to dinner. It’s truly a hidden gem right here in Coppell. You will see what I mean once you decide to live here.

I signed with this apartment complex ONLY because of their so-called preferred employer perk, the promise that I could terminate the lease with just 30 days' notice and no penalty if I had to move for work. That perk? A COMPLETE LIE. I chose this place over The Sound next door, even though it cost me $200 - $300 MORE per month, because of that specific policy. I have been living at this complex for 9 days and what I have to say is: ISSUES, ISSUES, ISSUES. My expectations: This complex is fairly new (only a little over a year old). I pay $2000/month for a 700sf apartment. I expect premium. LEASING OFFICE: If you call the leasing office and leave a message, good luck getting a return phone call.
