Great Place to Live Living at Hathaway Village has been very peaceful. The office manager and maintenance staff respond in a timely manner to all issues and requests. I enjoy the monthly resident events. If you’re looking for a home in Florissant, this is a great place to start!
DO NOT MOVE! Mold growing in the apartments. Nothing gets fixed. The employees in the leasing office care little to none about the issues in the apartments. I was placed on bottom floor. On MOVE IN DAY, my unit FLOODED from backed up sewage. Took 2-3 days for someone to actually do something about it. This place is horrible. Definitely taught me a lesson. If I could give this property 0 stars, I would.

poor management Management is horrible dont nun get done nor fixed around here upstair neighbors are rude filed a complaint nothing was done. my stove never got fixed when I first moved in my apartment was a mess patio was trashed. I would never renew my lease over here ever again these apartments are not worth the price

Poor management Horrible management and Emma is one inconsistent communicator and very unprofessional when concerns like repairs etc. Don’t waste your time I’ve live here for 4 years.

Poor job with work orders I've been calling for over a month to get things done in my apartment.Every time I speak to Emma she always tells me "I'm sending someone out and we've been busy with emergency calls."
