Would highly recommend this place. The practitioner Ere Sakamoto was knowledgeable and spent the time listening to my needs. This was my first time experiencing CranialSacral therapy. I was doubtful at first but the experience has changed my mind and I’ve already scheduled my follow-up. The environment was welcoming, clean and warm. Again highly recommended.

I had a remarkable CST session at Haven Holistic with Cynthia. She was attentive, kind, generous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and experienced in her practice. I felt I was in expert and excellent hands. It was my first therapy of this type and my first visit to this lovely location.
