Lovely, healing experience in a beautiful, immaculate, and pristine little sanctuary in a calm corner of Brooklyn. Cynthia’s presence is kind, warm, intuitive, and grounding. She meets you with empathy where you are and explains things with care and clarity. The entire practice feels professional, organized, and genuinely supportive. I left feeling peaceful and restored. I’m so grateful to have found you — Cynthia is wonderful.

I started going to Cynthia at Haven about a year and a half ago when I felt like I was running out of treatment options that worked for me. Admittedly, I was a bit hesitant about holistic and somatic healing, but I am so glad I tried. Cynthia takes a holistic approach and explain things in a way that's most beneficial to me and meets me where I am. She is incredibly professional, thorough, and thoughtful. The entire practice is very organized and responsive with easy and accommodating scheduling and other support services.

The Haven spaces were very clean & calming. Ere was extremely knowledgeable and intentional with her practice. First time doing Craniosacral work. Already scheduled next session. Next time, sure will have an even deeper understanding of how this therapy is supporting or not supporting my body. Great experience.

I absolutely recommend Haven, and its founder Dawn in particular, for anyone who is seeking trauma-informed somatic healing! Love Haven! I primarily see Cynthia and recently saw Silin when looking for a same-day service, both of them are incredible at what they do. The experience always feels personal and tailored to my needs and wishes, rather than a formulaic full body massage. My sessions with Cynthia here have led to my exploring cranial sacral therapy alongside massage, I’ve been curious about CST for years and am happy to have the ability to tailor sessions to include both here.
