We love our little apartment here. Especially the new flooring that was put in prior to us moving in. It’s so close to main streets and the interstate.
We had such a good experience with Jo from Havenview! She was very helpful with getting us in there quickly and efficiently. Then we just left this month to move on to our next journey and she went above and beyond to help get the transition done smoothly. Highly recommend just because of the great customer service from Jo and the havenview crew.
Haven is correct! My loft apartment is adorable and just the right size. The office staff is awesome and friendly. Maintenance is also great, quick, and efficient. Parking lot always clean and clear of snow ASAP. Bonus: My neighbors are cool!
Move in day was a little rough but that was expected since I didn’t want to wait to get into an apartment. But Kendra was like superwoman in making sure it would go as smooth as she could make it. Kendra was hands down amazing and really made the process great
This leasing company is the best I have heard of or rented from in Omaha area. They are fair with their pricing and do a great job at taking care of the tenants. Over at ave 204 we have a wonderful leasing agent that has been extremely helpful. Definitely a 5 star place when it comes to havenview
