if i could give it 0 stars i would. BLONDO 27 plaza apartments the property manager here is horrible, she doesn’t help with anything, she doesn’t ask you before she adds charges to you’re account. (someone was leaving trash outside and she charged me for it, without even asking if it was me!!!) there’s roaches everywhere outside in the summer and fall, the roaches could get into your house if you’re not careful, the plumbing is horrible my toilet has broke 2 times, my kitchen sink broke, my dishwasher broke. everything is r... read more
Man let me tell y'all this place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star this place honestly deserves less first off Denise the havenview manager or landlord or whatever we call her, she is a selfish miserable human being when me and my girlfriend lived there our dishwasher was broken for a full year!! I am grateful for the staff at Havenview Communities, specifically Rochelle! From the start, she has gone above and beyond to secure my new place! She is very down to earth, understanding, and helpful with anything I've needed along the way. I appreciate the way that this company handles themselves, and how they treat a potential renter as a human being, and not just a number on paper. I would highly recommend finding your new home with Havenview!
We love our little apartment here. Especially the new flooring that was put in prior to us moving in. It’s so close to main streets and the interstate.
Our rental property transition to havenview management. We have had an issue with our washer for over a week. We have submitted multiple maintenance reports and called the office and emergency line multiple times and have been sent to voicemail. They do not offer support to their renters. They do not maintenance the rental or the lawn. Our lawn had not been mowed in over three weeks.
