Very professional attentive. All paperwork is done online saving you from trips back and forto an office. Professional photographer does pictures of your property to show online.
Terrible experience. We booked a vacation to Maui many months ago and 10 days out, they cancelled our booking- only to offer a unit 8 miles away! As our entire family is staying at the same complex, and 8 mile drive isn’t going to cut it! Do better Hawaii Life!
Stayed at one of their properties in Hawaii with my family- this company is AWFUL! BEWARE! Complete scam. House was advertised as clean, with WiFi. Wifi of course did not work and when I messaged to ask them to fix was told "that's how it is on the island". The house was filthy upon our arrival- dust everywhere, nothing clean at all. We also found cockroaches in bed on our last night. I made complaints about the wifi and cleanliness and cockroaches, and in retaliation, they are now trying to withhold my damage deposit becaus... read more
