Very professional attentive. All paperwork is done online saving you from trips back and forto an office. Professional photographer does pictures of your property to show online.
Stayed at one of their properties in Hawaii with my family- this company is AWFUL! BEWARE! Complete scam. House was advertised as clean, with WiFi. Wifi of course did not work and when I messaged to ask them to fix was told "that's how it is on the island". The house was filthy upon our arrival- dust everywhere, nothing clean at all. We also found cockroaches in bed on our last night.
