Took time to answer questions and explain observations and next steps in treatment during office visit and again immediately following outpatient procedure that confirmed his initial assessment. Called to check on patient later the same day following outpatient procedure. Extremely thorough and caring. Trust his knowledge and decisions with my child's care.
Wasn't aware that my child had a cleft palate, even on our 5th visit... Recommended we put rice cereal in his bottles to help weight gain. Then didn't understand the concept of the cereal not being able to pass through the one way valve in my babies bottle that was needed due to cleft palate. Just didn't seem like he listened EVER.
