Kendall was so patient with a group of pre-teen girlies in for a spooky coven escape room! She was such a fun host and offered the best clues throughout! She was definitely part of the experience apart from the real reason we were there. The best part, the girls made it out with only 3 minutes remaining! We will definitely be back!
Save your money instead. This was the most basic escape room I’ve ever been to. No cool factor. Also be warned, when you buy a Groupon they still charge you about $10 per person in FEES to book the escape room. That was an addition $40 I wasn’t expecting to pay for my family of four. The Groupon didn’t mention additional fees so I feel totally scammed. ☹️
Walk into the establishment and zero greetings or being friendly. I was asked if I made a reservation and explained i had tried to call 12-1 during their operating hours per google. Given the excuse of oh well I didnt come in until 1:10. Explained they had open escape rooms but refused to help set us up with a Groupon code. Really sad and disappointed the shitty customer service ruined this for us.
Our group had an awesome time! We had a group of 12 year old girls and they had so much fun. Kendall was great and very helpful! We will be back!
Kendall was super helpful!! I don’t know what it was about Kendall but she definitely did great in making our room easier. Although we weren’t successful Kendall made the ending still feel worth it.
