Everyone in the office is extremely nice and welcoming. Dr. Cooke did a very thorough eye exam and answered all of my questions. She was very patient and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend!! Plus, the process for ordering contacts online was very quick and simple. Very happy with the services!
I went here for this first time this year with doctor Kristen Cooke. She was absolutely fantastic. Made me feel extremely comfortable and she tended to all my eye needs. I came in with a few concerns about my eyes as well as needing a new prescription, and she took care of all of that in a way that other optometrists have not been able to. I highly recommend going to see her. Many of my friends and family also go to her now and have only had the greatest experiences.
Had a great experience at Headwaters with Dr. Cooke and team! Dr. Cooke was able to give me the best prescription I’ve ever had - no headaches when switching over from my old glasses to my new ones. The team was super helpful when picking my new frames, and overall it was a great experience. Thanks to everyone at Headwaters for their excellent service!
My family were patients of Dr Orr’s for more than 20 years. He was excellent. Sadly after his passing we were transferred to Kristen Cooke. In January I was finally able to make an appointment for an eye exam and get a new prescription. It was not a good appointment from the start, but I won’t go into details, just knew following that appointment that I’d be looking for a new doctor. I was referred to Headwaters Optomertry from a friend. I have never been to a place that was so polite and passionate for their patients, not only their staff, Dr Cooke was extremely nice and was very detailed with me as her patient. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
