Had the Detox and Zen Reset Special today after Salt Cave...thank you Teresa for recommending we come back on this not so busy Saturday! The infrared sauna was a dream I could have stayed in it forever, the cold bucket could have been colder but was nice:) for relief. All the resting space and quiet music really sets a great tone. Run very poorly , 0 customer service . Dont really know where to begin here , left feeling like someone robbed me . Humiliated on top of it . The salt water float was cold. Instead of turning up the temp the employee came in the room while i was in the bath , naked . Pointed a thermometer gun at the water and said “ nope its good “ . Ended up having to go pay for another massage the very next day . Front desk clerk/manager tried to sell me a broken salt lamp for 80 dollars . Just all around dont even bother . Absolutely adore this place! The salt room helps so many of my allergy symptoms, if my lips swell up this is the first place I come to as it speeds up the recovery so well! The iodine in the room definitely makes a difference! I just started doing the steam room/cold bucket and it is outstanding! It really works by relaxing my muscles, clearing out my sinuses n resets my nervous system! Absolutely love the girls that work here! Big shout out to Theresa 10/10 ⭐️❤️ one of the most caring loving beautiful souls I’ve ever met!
Today, I had a Spa Day here at the Salt Caves for my Birthday. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, everything & everyone was amazing! Maya (my esthetician) was so professional & kind. What a great experience. I highly recommend trying this place for sure!
Had the "Pamper Me Package". It was nice although my appointment was at 1pm and my treatment only started at 1:15 and was finished at 1:55. I felt it was slightly rushed. Not the therapists fault (she may have been over booked).
