I always have such a great experience at Health First in Morganfield. Sarah and Rachel are just the best. They take the time to listen and I receive great care. I was actually there two times this week. One day for my appointment and the next day they worked my granddaughter in for an ear infection. She was so scared, but Rachel had her smiling in no time. I feel so blessed to have my health care provider in my hometown!
Very knowledgeable and took her time answering my questions and concerns. I felt like she truly cares about her patients and not just rushing through the appointment to get you on and out like some doctors do.
They are absolutely wonderful. We are blessed by them in our community and they always work with you financially.
Love the staff at HF Morganfield! They are amazing and tentative!
They used to be friendly, helpful and very professional. Now they are continually going through "staff changes" and are absolutely the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered. I made a cash payment in the office that never got applied to my account. I was told by the so-called manager and their billing department that was my tough luck.
