They used to be friendly, helpful and very professional. Now they are continually going through "staff changes" and are absolutely the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered. I made a cash payment in the office that never got applied to my account. I was told by the so-called manager and their billing department that was my tough luck. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They are great at getting you in fast to be seen. It's some of the best service I have received
The ladies in this office are really good at their jobs. They are always friendly and take their time with you.
So far, I like what I see. Don't know much yet. But everyone at this Dr.s office is very nice. I can't comment about the practice yet. But great first Impressions.
Very friendly staff, nice clean facility, & Dr Utley is wonderful. Dr Utley is very thorough and goes above and beyond to find the problem and correct it. I couldn’t be any happier!!!
