This was my second visit to Health Urgent Care, and once again, I was extremely satisfied. Their service is quick, efficient, and the staff is caring and professional. I truly felt well taken care of and appreciated the quality of treatment I received. Highly recommend!
Usually when you go to the doctor, especially urgent care and the hospital, you expect a long wait time and people who are frustrated all around. That was not the case here. I walked in to be greeted by the receptionist (I did not catch her name) who was genuinely happy and helpful. She did all my registration paperwork based on the info from my DL and insurance card. Customer service at this facility was excellent. I must say that the doctor was very client oriented, he answered all my questions and was not in a rush. Great doctor!! I had some lab result as well and he explained whereever I had question. The nurse practitioner was also very nice. I was very observant and I notice that other employees were very welcoming. I would recommend this urgent care anytime as they will go above and beyond to meet your needs. I didn't get names🫠..
The facility is clean, the staffs are polite The doctor I saw was very nice. He spoke to me the way you would like to. He explained the situation I went in for thoroughly. I was seen approximately immediately I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs care.
My experience at this establishment was nothing less than exceptional. Feeling nervous and tense after an embarrassing fall down my date's stairs on Valentine's Day I was shaken up and a bit bruised. But, Not realizing the pain until 2 days later, today, made it even more embarrassing.
