They are the most reasonable place I have found for someone without insurance to get imaging. They have great customers service and understanding. And I have never waited longer than 5 min after appointment time to be called back. They are great all the way around.
Check in was a breeze… the staff was very courteous and friendly. Appointment was on time and the technician also was very courteous, friendly and thorough. During an initial telephone conversation with one of the technicians, she was not what I would say… a good representative because she apparently didn’t have time to answer questions regarding my procedure… but after speaking to a second technician, she answered all my questions. I would recommend them for all your imaging.
I had a MRI at Healthcare Express. As soon as I finished my paperwork I was taken straight back. My tech was very nice lady who put on my preference of music in my headphones. It was a good experience while also being the most affordable in town!!!😀
I went in for a MRI and Mrs. Marcy was amazing. She talked with me before the MRI started comfort and assured me it would be ok. That towel over my eyes and arms in the comfortable cushion. Such a sweet, comforting person. Thank you for helping me get through that testing.
Well I’m still waiting for someone to call me back. Even if they have not read my test yet from Friday 02/06/2025 I called & left message for someone to call me & just answer a question. Today is 02/11/2025 & I still haven’t received a call. It’s Monday @ 2:20pm. I’m in pain & would appreciate a call back. Thank you.
