Was explained exactly what was going to happen during my procedure. The nurse that administered my IV was very easy and agreed to where I wanted the IV. Didn't even know when she was putting it in my arm. They were concerned about my blood sugar sensor and the MRI machine. They made certain that I was comfortable during the whole process.
They are the most reasonable place I have found for someone without insurance to get imaging. They have great customers service and understanding. And I have never waited longer than 5 min after appointment time to be called back. They are great all the way around.
I had a great experience there I was in the imagining department Karen was the receptionist she was great she greeted me she was nice to me and I can't remember the lady who did my imagining but she was great also she asked what radio station I wanted to listen to she noticed that I just had carpal tunnel surgery and when she was done she asked to help me up and that meant another 🥰
Check in was a breeze… the staff was very courteous and friendly. Appointment was on time and the technician also was very courteous, friendly and thorough. During an initial telephone conversation with one of the technicians, she was not what I would say… a good representative because she apparently didn’t have time to answer questions regarding my procedure… but after speaking to a second technician, she answered all my questions. I would recommend them for all your imaging.
I had a MRI at Healthcare Express. As soon as I finished my paperwork I was taken straight back. My tech was very nice lady who put on my preference of music in my headphones. It was a good experience while also being the most affordable in town!!!😀
