The doctor saw me for 30 seconds max. Never even had me take my shoe off for an ankle/foot issue. Never asked a question, nothing. But they were happy to take my copay, twice. I will never go back there again and I recommend you don’t either.
Making an appointment was quick and easy. Short wait time. Staff was friendly and helpful. MRI tech was great! My physician received my report the next day. Highly recommend Health Care Express!
It was a pleasant experience. The instructions they gave were very helpful. They were real courteous and were great at doing their job. Plus they let me listen to Christian music while in the MRI.
It was a great experience! Having been referred by my Dr. there was just one page of new patient paperwork. The wait was short and the staff fantastic! The during the actual procedure , I was made comfortable and given headphones with music.
Very pleased. Short wait time, excellent MRI tech. No pain with my IV, my comfort/care was top priority and that made me feel taken care of. Will use them every time I need an MRI.
