The technician made the whole procedure very comfortable and she was very friendly. The MRI machine can be very loud and intrusive but she put headphones on me after asking what music I liked. I actually fell asleep during the procedure. I am so grateful that HealthCare Express has their own MRI machine because I thought I might be at the hospital all day having the test done, but I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Thank you HealthCare Express for taking such good care of your patients!
Although going to have x-rays or MRIs may be not the first thing on your list, a healthcare it makes it as least painless as possible. They were on time, friendly and met my expectations. Thank you for such a good job.
Check in was easy. I was called back quick. The MRI tech was soooo great. She explained every thing she was doing and was so friendly and polite. Very good experience. Wonderful place. 10/10 recommend!!!!
The technician that completed mu recent MRI demonstrated professionalism. She took the time to explain the process, answer questions, and ensured i was comfortable. She allowed me to select music that would make me comfortable during the test and provided headphones. During the scan, she was attentive making the experience more comfortable. She demonstrated both exceptional technical skills and a compassionate bedside manner that help reduce my overall fear.
Everyone at Healthcare express was so professional and kind. All of my questions were answered and I was made to feel very comfortable before, during and after the procedure. I want to thank all of the staff from the person that checked me in, to my technician that took care of me during the procedure and the people that pointed me in the right direction when I didn’t know where to go. I thank all of you.
