I have mixed reviews and rating for my experiences at Healthpoint. I give five stars for the ladies in the front office. They always greet with a smile and are helpful. They always work around my schedule. I also like the medical assistant, he seems to listen more. The doctor/physician gets 3.5 to 4 for their service. I sometimes feel that they are in a rush to get in and out and are not really listening. For this reason, I did not give a full five.

Irwindale: the staff at healthpointe are incredible. They really put emphasis on getting you the right treatment along with the right recommendations without trying to hussle you in into something that you really do not need. All in all, I would definitely recommend healthpointe to anyone seeking or changing their health policies or doctors.

Dr. Patchett seems to be a good Dr. but really rushed through a lot of my exams/checkups and only really slowed down when their was a case nurse worker there. very friendly staff both in front and back.

Irwindale - It was a very pleasant experience to have consulted with Dr. Yuan. He was very kind and shows real concern for his patients. The office staff were also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. Thank you all.
