As soon as I entered the door, the staff was inviting and very helpful. Everyone was great. My nurse was very supportive. Walked me through the entire process.

A very friendly & safe space to recover. My therapist was incredible with sharing her expertise in a down to earth communication with me about the possible treatments. She was very present and concerned about my issues. I felt well cared for. I can recommend her and the office with a five star rating.
Overall, everything went well. My only suggestion would be to turn down the radio in the lobby, just a little. It’s nice to have some music, but it was a bit loud.
We checked in and waited in the car until they were ready for us. They called when ready. Wait time wasn’t too bad. We went back and met with Dr. Arel. We had a very productive and informative appointment. The only difficult thing is scheduling follow-up appointments. The doctors are always so booked and are only in the Temecula office every 2 weeks. So we are not always able to schedule an appointment when the doctor wants to see us.
Dr. Morales and Joshua Gonzalez are nothing short of amazing! The entire staff is so friendly and professional! It’s always a pleasure to go, even though I’m in a good deal of pain.
Always my favorite part of the day- to get the help I need.. thanks to my doctor and the staff..
Dr. Chappelle is very professional and take his job seriously. He lessons to my concern and is very knowledgeable and tentative to my needs. He’s always trying to figure out the best way forward for my injuries.
