Overall, my appointment was great! The staff at the Temecula office into the physical therapy. Department is great as well. I am just baffled why my appointments keep changing and I have to keep checking to make sure I have the right time. I called the Temecula office yesterday to confirm my appointment time at 10:45 and was told it now has changed to 11 AM and was asked didn’t someone call you? Jennifer at the front desk is always good and helps me with any of my requests. Dr Troung is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, realistic and has a great bedside manner. She shows that she has compassion for the patient which I haven't seen in some Dr's. Dr Troung works with the patient to find a treatment plan that works for them.

Physical Therapist Jonelle was very knowledgeable and professional. She also demonstrated great concern for my health and wellbeing and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Healthpointe Temecula to one and all.
