I had a fantastic experience. Everyone is friendly, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Brad was spot on with my treatment plan. After a few tweaks with my stretches, I am currently pain free, allowing me to delay surgery and go on my month long trip of a lifetime. Thanks all for getting me back on track.
Physical therapy has been wonderful. This is my second time going there for injuries. The staff is wonderful … Jen is very flexible when it comes to scheduling. Totally recommend this facility.
Thanks to the team at health quest everyone at the therapy center is very helpful the receptionist Jen is the coordinator. She is very pleasant and helpful. It’s good to know that the owner and director Bradley is there daily as well as Jacob who is a great physical therapist. The two work together to conqueror your challenges both are extremely pleasant and talented.
When you first walk in, you are immediately greeted by the secretary, with her warm and friendly smile. She’s great at her job, making sure your appointments are scheduled, and dealing with issues that arise from the insurance companies. She also keeps a candy bowl on the counter, fully stocked with a variety of candies. Around Christmas, she even festively hung candy canes off the outer edge of the bowl. I came to HealthQuest for PT for my fractured tibia. I received excellent care. My Therapist Jacob was very knowledgeable & professional. He was able to answer all of the many questions I had, and he is very informative. He and the rest of the staff are wonderful, they are friendly and helpful and they all sincerely cared about my recovery which has been very successful. Hopefully I do not need PT ever again, but if I do, they will be my first choice!
