It is so hard to find a good primary doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Wynn and her team. Everyone is so friendly from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctors. Faith was my nurse on my first visit and she was so calm and friendly. The second time I had Vanessa and she too was so kind. Both of them made me feel relaxed which helps when checking blood pressure. Dr. Wynn has such a nice smile and is very professional. She went over all my concerns with patience and care.
Dr. Hain-Trevino is the best. She's always happy and smiling. She is very thorough and makes sure when you walk out of her office all your answers have been answered and your on your way to a speedy recovery. Dr Hain-Trevino has been my doctor for about 12 years and I wouldn't change her for any other doctor. Staff also is very nice and friendly. Office is always very clean and organized.
Took my dear friend who has dementia to his doctor's appointment today. They were fast getting us into an exam room. They were very kind and helpful. Dr.Hains-Trevino was great. But my hat goes off to the labtech Fonda, who drew Jim's blood, etc. She went out of her way to explain every detail of the process so that Jim would understand what was going on, because with dementia it may seem like the first time. No compassion. I tried calling before letting them know I was going to be late as I work in customer service and as people who work in customer service, you cant always get out right on time. I planned to take off at 10am to my appointment at 1040 but was not able to make it until 1050. Mind you, no one ever called me back from when I took off at 1020. Copied from a Facebook post: I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Jose Ortiz at San Pedro Clinic. First, the clinic requires a 15-minute arrival time before the scheduled appointment. We arrived at 2:45 pm and were greeted by Laura, who took my mother's vitals past her scheduled appointment time of 3:40 pm.
