A person by the name of Avery was very helpful he called my wife and came to her and said my name is Avery I’ll be helping you and open the door for us.That was the first time I’ll seen someone come alway to the patient and great us. There was about 9 patients waiting and I heard them say WoW that’s the first time they seen that. I hope they keep him we like the way he treats us patients. Thank you Avery fr John &Margarita Castro
Fast and prompt service. Dr. Ortiz and his attendants are uniformly courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've never had any major health issues so I can't speak for that, but as primary care providers Dr. Ortiz and his staff are peerless in my book.
I’ve been coming here for probably 8 years now and I’ve decided to switch providers after I came 5 minutes late to an appointment and the provider refused to see me. I’ve never been late before and this appointment was a result of me sending a question through the messaging system and them requiring me to make an appointment to have my simple question answered. So far, my experience with Health Texas has been very positive. The staff — especially those at the front desk — are always friendly, kind, and engaging. I’ve consistently felt welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, I’m very pleased with the care and service I’ve received!
Double check your health summaries. Inaccurate diagnoses made it into my health summary and rather than correcting my records the practice manager chose to call me to argue about it. PA was 45 minutes late so he could see me for 12 minutes misdiagnose the issue I came in for and then added additional unrelated and invalid diagnoses to my chart. No physical exam and minimal questions about the actual concern but I walked out with 4 entirely inaccurate and some completely unrelated diagnoses.
