Dr. Ortiz and PA Melanie are exceptional listeners and manage your care very efficiently while being compassionate, patient and kind providers. They target solutions for your health care needs very effectively! Everyone at the Blanco Rd and 410 office are courteous and professional.
Had a Dr appointment and in all the years. I have attended this office. The lady's always just yell your name out to be called to the back. MA Avery came to my seat introduced himself. I have never experienced this. It was so nice. A patient before me was Elderly and MA Avery greeted him also and walked with him. I felt that was kind just in case the man needed assistance. So far, my experience with Health Texas has been very positive. The staff — especially those at the front desk — are always friendly, kind, and engaging. I’ve consistently felt welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, I’m very pleased with the care and service I’ve received!
I had a great experience with the medical assistant Her name was Krystal . She was very professional, compassionate, and efficient, and she made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. Her positive attitude truly made a difference.
A person by the name of Avery was very helpful he called my wife and came to her and said my name is Avery I’ll be helping you and open the door for us.That was the first time I’ll seen someone come alway to the patient and great us. There was about 9 patients waiting and I heard them say WoW that’s the first time they seen that. I hope they keep him we like the way he treats us patients. Thank you Avery fr John &Margarita Castro
