Very poor experience. Took my 80 yo mother to see the PA, she was very disappointed with the entire experience. The PA visited with us, then said she would consult with the Dr regarding changing meds. After that all we received was a post-it note from the nurse with instructions on how to proceed. Checking out, the receptionist was in a rush to book a follow up. I was filling out a document for them, and she's asking me about dates. Took some time to get in as a new patient for a sick visit but once I got in it was very fast and efficient. The staff was kind and helpful. It will be nice to have a brick and mortar doctor to see when I am sick.
Great staff, friendly and helpful. Dr Q and Dr Fritz are great. I’m a stubborn guy, I hate to go to the Dr. but These Dr’s make me enjoying coming and getting my health on track. Thank you all for your dedication.
The staff from the front desk, medical assistants and my PA Villarreal are all amazing, never made feel uncomfortable. Overall amazing atmosphere and attitude from everyone all around.
My Dr. Fritz and his staff were very helpful,nice,and welcome me ln.I feel comfortable there .They provided excellent care . I would highly recommend to anyone
