My husband went to health Texas to establish a PCP. From the first moment he walked into the front door he was provided exceptional customer service from Sandra. He was taken back by the medical assistant which was (Hallie) extremely thorough with making sure she had all the information to put in his chart. Dr. Fritz came in very welcoming to both of us. If I could this place 10 stars I would.
Sandra, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since I don’t usually visit the doctor, I was pleasantly surprised by the polite demeanor of the staff. To ensure a smooth appointment, I recommend punctuality and completing any necessary paperwork beforehand.
Ive been coming to Texas Health group for years. I got caught in traffic yesterday and arrived all of 8 minutes late, the front desk lady makes me reschedule. Dumb. I come back today and make it on time, also I live 40 minutes away, so 2 times in 24 hrs ive drivin here. She says im late again and needs to reschedule and tells me that she's needs to put in orders for blood work, just a physical style blood work because I need to check my cholesterol, which is what I put in my appointment paperwork. Dr. Fritz is amazing! So easy to talk to! Ms Sandy is the sweetest person I’ve ever met! And Audrey in the lab 🧪 is a treasure!!! 10/10 Would recommend!
Came in for a new patient appt today and the staff was extremely welcoming. Sandra , Lilly and Sandy were very friendly and immediately greeted me with a smile. Mark was great also and was thorough while triaging me. Cheyenne the lab tech was very gentle while drawing labs she made me feel at ease even though I'm terrified of needles. Dr. Fritz was very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable entrusting him with my care . Definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking to establish care with a physician.
