Jailine the lab tech at Health Texas at 1910 S. New Braunfels she always has such a great personality and positive attitude every time I come in. She is very fast, professional, and accurate when drawing blood or giving injections, and somehow always makes it practically painless. The Highland Clinic staff is always helpful when scheduling appointments as needed. Stephany is always pleasant & accommodating when reviewing my records & checking vitals. I had a great 2nd visit today with Dr. Falen Miles as he was very receptive to my questions & concerns.
The nursing staff is very helpful here They approach you very respectful And explain to you what’s going on . They very courteous and asking you how your day going . I have been a member here for over 5 years Gabriela, Stephany , Jailine , Angelica , Katelynn Gizelle. They treat you like your family I would like to say I give them five stars ⭐️
Clean office, clean rooms. Waiting area is large and comfortable. It's never been crowded when I walk in. Front office staff are very nice and patient. Made it on time to my appointed and was called back minutes after checking in. The nurses who took my vitals (ive been twice) were very nice and gracious. I didnt get a call back for my lab results but I did come in and the new doctor explained the results to me. Dr. Corey S. So far great experiences each time coming in.
My mom was originally a patient of Dr Aguilar who took great care of her, after he retired everything went downhill and she ended up in the hospital. Their knowledge of geriatric care is horrible. If your loved one is elderly please be careful. Positives: The place was clean, the staff friendly & the lab tech was excellent
