Clean office, clean rooms. Waiting area is large and comfortable. It's never been crowded when I walk in. Front office staff are very nice and patient. Made it on time to my appointed and was called back minutes after checking in. The nurses who took my vitals (ive been twice) were very nice and gracious. I didnt get a call back for my lab results but I did come in and the new doctor explained the results to me. Dr. Corey S. So far great experiences each time coming in.
I got Bianca for my vitals and she's very nice and very caring. I hope I get her next time I'm at the docs. The front is very spacious and has alot of chairs. The front staff are super nice. The phlebotomists are the best I've ever had, I'm a hard stick due to my medical issues and they get it the first time! Nit multiple tries like I've been everywhere else. If I could give zero stars I would. Who in their actual right my would accept an appointment for a sprained ankle and not have boot braces in stock ! Very unorganized very unprofessional. Then the the assistant PA is comfortable with just telling you whatever to move you along !! Other patients were in the office searching for answers that should have been provided to them.
unfortunately to say that a negative review will be given to the ladies that answer or book appointments. they make you sound like your dumb for wanting to change clinics and compare you with other patients. I have been a patient at this location for over 11 years. The doctors are amazing. Today I interacted with Bianca for my testing and Stephanie for my vitals and they were super nice and efficient. NP Gonzalez is always the best and is supportive and attentive to my care. Office is always clean and I’m able to get same day appointments when needed. Appointments are also super quick. I switched my grandpas providers to this location for that reason.
