Dr. Konopacki is an exceptional physician. He is kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and never makes you feel rushed. He takes the time to truly listen and makes you feel heard and cared for at every visit. His entire office reflects that same level of professionalism and compassion. Simone was so lovely. She is a great addition to healthtexas! She is so upbeat and Friendly and knowledgeable And listens well. I look forward to seeing her again at my next visit.
Great visit as always. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Simone today was great at reviewing and updating my meds, and Dr. Varma was attentive and caring as usual. Highly recommend.
The doctor is good but his front office staff are not. They are very rude and dismissive, they won’t even look at you when you are talking to them. Amy specifically has always been terrible
Simone is so amazing she had the most wonderful energy. She makes coming to the Dr a delight. She represents health Texas very well if I say so myself
