I usually am terrified of Doctors in general but this place helped me to feel comfortable from start to finish. Abigail was learning to draw blood and her and her trainer did great! Kudos to them! Just remember to show up 15 minutes early and be inside. They’re a stickler about that.
I been a patient of Dr. Hain for 15+ years, and never been late, never cancelled, never rescheduled an appointment. Her team is totally awesome, the new manager Ms Fonda Bagwell is more than helpful, she's great. Dr. Hain is the best Dr. In the world to me. She sent me to Dr. David Fox for two Total knee replacement surgery and he and his staff and team is the Very Best. Thx. But today my appointment was at 9am, I was in the office at 9:08am. Dr. Konopacki is an exceptional physician. He is kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and never makes you feel rushed. He takes the time to truly listen and makes you feel heard and cared for at every visit. His entire office reflects that same level of professionalism and compassion. The staff is always kind and on top of everything, and the nurses and lab techs are truly top notch. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Konopacki and his practice. I am giving a 5 star for Dr. Varma who takes care of my parents. She is exceptional in every way. We couldn’t ask for a better doctor. We absolutely love her and the care and treatment she provides. However one of the staff members I can’t say that of. This girl Simone created an email account for my parents and wrote a review on herself. This is absolutely disgusting and should be investigated. I’ve gone to Dr. Varma for a couple of different concerns and each time it feels like i’m being unheard and dismissed. I was also seen by Alexandra, the PA, and she made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter either. Every appointment has been a waste of my time and money.
