I had an amazing experience here as a new patient for a routine physical. The front desk, specifically Sandy, immediately made me feel welcomed and her friendly and uplifting vibes were so appreciated! Everyone was so helpful and also shoutout to Tracie, Mayra, and NP Kim! Thank you all for making my Dr.'s visit enjoyable. The clinic is also great, plenty of parking, spacious, almost no wait for a mid-week morning. The front desk ladies (Sandy, Alexis and Griselda) helped me quick and efficiently. The lab tech lady was very nice and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Hinojosa was very polite and informative. She put my nerves at ease. Thank you
Yudith was extremely helpful and super nice with my visit today. In my past, nurses and techs could never draw blood from me in the first stick. Usually would take 3 or 4 in each arm and hand. But Yudith gets it in the first shot every time! She is so nice and friendly as well. I have always felt so welcomed and motivated at this location by my Dr. Casiwa and all the staff. When I checked in at the front office, I was greeted by two of the friendliest individuals who made my day. Alexis & Griselda were welcoming, warm and courteous. They put my mind at ease and gave me a sense of calm and assurance that everything was going to be okay. Ashanti, too, went above and beyond to assure that my visit was pleasant and stress free.
