I can not say enough positive things about this practice. The providers are excellent and aim to meet the patients’ health goals. The truly refreshing aspect is the professionalism shown by the front desk staff and medical assistant. This is unfortunately quite rare these days. Definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.
Hello all, my wife visited Dr. Casiwa's office for a blood test. What our issue is my wife's blood veins are terribly difficult to draw from because of small blown blood vessels. A technician by the name of Yudith expertly drew my wife's blood sample. She did it the first try! Yudith was very personable and professional. Yudith is fantastic!!! GM PS Dr. Casiwa is also the best Dr my wife has ever had!
Please look for another PC. They are way too busy for their patients today. My appointment was 9:20 AM. Got there at 9:17 was told I have to be there at 9:05am “15 minute early” I am a regular patient there. I don’t have to fill out any paperwork and even if I get there 15 minutes early I still won’t be seen till 9:45 AM. After confirming with my primary care reception told me I could reschedule OR sit and wait if there’s any other cancellation like I have nothing else to do. Still scanned my insurance card. I'm writing this review out of deep frustration and concern for how Health Texas Primary care doctors, staff and the manager for this location has handled my 83 year old mothers diabetes treatment. For years. she was doing well on a medication called Januvia- a medication that effectively managed her condition without side effects. After an insurance formulary change, she was forced to try saxagliptin, a drug that she had already experienced negative side effects in the past.
