Dr Hinojosa was very kind and invested in my well being both mentally and physically! Super kind and remembered me from a while back. I was also helped out by Tracie, super kind soul and very personable and hospitable even while taking my blood lol. The staff were super helpful and welcoming! Would recommend to those looking for a primary care provider
The front desk ladies (Sandy, Alexis and Griselda) helped me quick and efficiently. The lab tech lady was very nice and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Hinojosa was very polite and informative. She put my nerves at ease. Thank you
Yudith was extremely helpful and super nice with my visit today. In my past, nurses and techs could never draw blood from me in the first stick. Usually would take 3 or 4 in each arm and hand. But Yudith gets it in the first shot every time! She is so nice and friendly as well. I have always felt so welcomed and motivated at this location by my Dr. Casiwa and all the staff. We had an amazing experience at Health Texas from the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Front office staff( Sandy , Alexis, Griselda made the whole process smooth, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout. The customer service was top-notch! When I checked in at the front office, I was greeted by two of the friendliest individuals who made my day. Alexis & Griselda were welcoming, warm and courteous. They put my mind at ease and gave me a sense of calm and assurance that everything was going to be okay. Ashanti, too, went above and beyond to assure that my visit was pleasant and stress free.
