When I checked in at the front office, I was greeted by two of the friendliest individuals who made my day. Alexis & Griselda were welcoming, warm and courteous. They put my mind at ease and gave me a sense of calm and assurance that everything was going to be okay. Ashanti, too, went above and beyond to assure that my visit was pleasant and stress free. Health Texas at Ingram is amazing Dr Casiwa is so kind anc always has a minute to talk. Today I needed a blood draw and my whole life I have had terrible luck with blood draws NOT today Tracie came in and she got it first try , no moving the needle around around around. The front desk ladies (Sandy, Alexis and Griselda) helped me quick and efficiently. The lab tech lady was very nice and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Hinojosa was very polite and informative. She put my nerves at ease. Thank you
I just want to give a special shout out to the lab tech Yudith! 🙏 She is by far the best lab tech I've ever worked with. I literally drive across town because every single time I get blood drawn it's literally painless with her and I only get poked once. I've never had that kind of consistent service ANYWHERE ELSE my entire life. To say that she is an asset is an understatement. She takes so much pride in her work and it shows.
