I had an excellent experience at the office. The receptionists were very kind and attentive, especially Sandy, who was very cordial throughout the entire process. Dr. Mary was also excellent, very professional and kind. I greatly appreciated the assistant's help and interpretation since I don't speak much English, and they still made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, it was a very pleasant and satisfying appointment. Thank you so much to the entire team!
I can not say enough good things about Health Texas Primary Care and my primary care physician and PA. All the staff is wonderful. My physician, Dr Santoscoy is not only knowledgeable, caring and dedicated to making sure that every patient is given the best treatment possible but also ensures that one is treated with respect and makes every visit a priority. I highly recommend these providers for the best care in San Antonio. You will not be disappointed
Dr. Santoscoy has been my doctor for years. He takes the time really listen to my concerns, reviews my records, and makes sure my care is coordinated with my other providers. I feel confident that I am receiving great quality care.
Getting an appointment has been very challenging. They are way too busy, I called just to get an email for my job for paperwork that needs to be sent, they don't have one how stressful is that, I've called several times recently for some medical assistance and I can't even be seen until the end of the month. I have not seen my doctor for almost a year or longer and at my time of need, I get this, at this point why continue to be a patient at a location. Time to move on.
Hello all, my wife visited Dr. Casiwa's office for a blood test. What our issue is my wife's blood veins are terribly difficult to draw from because of small blown blood vessels. A technician by the name of Yudith expertly drew my wife's blood sample. She did it the first try! Yudith was very personable and professional. Yudith is fantastic!!! GM PS Dr. Casiwa is also the best Dr my wife has ever had!
