When I checked in at the front office, I was greeted by two of the friendliest individuals who made my day. Alexis & Griselda were welcoming, warm and courteous. They put my mind at ease and gave me a sense of calm and assurance that everything was going to be okay. Ashanti, too, went above and beyond to assure that my visit was pleasant and stress free. I just want to give a special shout out to the lab tech Yudith! 🙏 She is by far the best lab tech I've ever worked with. I literally drive across town because every single time I get blood drawn it's literally painless with her and I only get poked once. Today, I had the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Casiwa and her staff a day before a holiday. My experience was phenomenal. Staff was very courteous, attentive, and helpful. If there is an office I could recommend it would be this office off of 410 and w military. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted a warm welcome from the staff. They take the time to listen and actually pay attention to your needs and questions. And a HUGE thank you to Biridiana the professional who drew my blood.
