I called to set up an appointment at the last minute and they were able to schedule me in, what can I say except the front receptionist had the best customer service, bubbly, friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is nice and calming. The staff is super nice. I have no doubt the doctor will be a good person 😄I’m highly recommending this location. Doctor Ruiz was outstanding!!
Wonderful experiences so far with my visits. The ladies are very kind up front. Only thing I would suggest is please update the open times to 9:45AM for patients that have appointments at 10AM. The doors are open for check in and they advise to please show up 15 minutes prior to appointment.
Audrey is always a pleasure to be in the presence of. She is so cheerful and has such amazing energy. The office is so helpful and informing. Wait times are incredibly low. We check in and almost immediately they take us back every time. They have provided great care for my father and his condition and have been beyond accommodating. This Dr. Office is amazing. PA Rodriguez and Dr. Rodriguez are amazing and always listen to my concerns and reply with care. The front staff are the friendliest people and all of the MAs are great.
I always get the best care when I come into this office. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Front desk ladies are so sweet & Dr.Cruz has helped so much since my first appointment.
