I called to set up an appointment at the last minute and they were able to schedule me in, what can I say except the front receptionist had the best customer service, bubbly, friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is nice and calming. The staff is super nice. I have no doubt the doctor will be a good person 😄I’m highly recommending this location. Doctor Ruiz was outstanding!!
Hello there, just wanted to share how amazing the staff is here. They are so welcoming. Not once have I had any negative energy. The ladies at the front desk Maria D , Maria S and Audrey love them. They are so sweet. Always have smiles on their faces. The doctors are amazing and helpful. I would definitely recommend it here at this location.
Very friendly staff!!! Trust worthy and accurate. I love my physician Dr. Cruz and front desk nurses Audrey, Maria D., Maria S., Delay, Nancy, and Sara! They're wonderful people they always put a smile on my face! I wouldn't trade them for other nurses. Keep up the great work...thank you Audrey, for your comforting words, always ❤️
I’ve been going there for about 3 yrs. Everyone is always nice especially the front desk ladies. The doctors and RNs try their best to take good care of their patients. I don’t feel rushed and they truly listen to you and I feel like they understand my needs. The Castroville road location is awesome. I went to another Health Texas location once and it just wasn’t the same.
Maria D and Maria S are such nice receptionists. Joyful and friendly. Judith, Cassandra and Gracie are the best. I truthfully enjoy going to see Dr. Orlando Rodriquez at Las Palmas office. Everyone is so friendly and courteous.
