I called to set up an appointment at the last minute and they were able to schedule me in, what can I say except the front receptionist had the best customer service, bubbly, friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is nice and calming. The staff is super nice. I have no doubt the doctor will be a good person 😄I’m highly recommending this location. Doctor Ruiz was outstanding!!
Audrey is always a pleasure to be in the presence of. She is so cheerful and has such amazing energy. The office is so helpful and informing. Wait times are incredibly low. We check in and almost immediately they take us back every time. They have provided great care for my father and his condition and have been beyond accommodating. I always get the best care when I come into this office. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Front desk ladies are so sweet & Dr.Cruz has helped so much since my first appointment.
Love the staff always greeting us and makes feel comfortable. Specially the front desk staff Audrey that knows us by last name , Maria D, Maria S and Gracie you are all appreciated
Haven’t been to HTMG in years but yesterday 8/26/25 I was back! The staff is always so welcoming and knowledgeable in every way! Audrey, Maria.s and Jayme were among many that assisted but the care and service that they provided was by far above and beyond!!! Mr Rodriguez is a great doctor! Don’t know why I ever left but glad to be back!!
