Audrey is always a pleasure to be in the presence of. She is so cheerful and has such amazing energy. The office is so helpful and informing. Wait times are incredibly low. We check in and almost immediately they take us back every time. They have provided great care for my father and his condition and have been beyond accommodating. Honest review of HealthTexas Clinic, I must say that not long ago, I didn't like the idea of going to the doctor very much. That was because I have NEVER felt so welcomed before! Haven’t been to HTMG in years but yesterday 8/26/25 I was back! The staff is always so welcoming and knowledgeable in every way! Audrey, Maria.s and Jayme were among many that assisted but the care and service that they provided was by far above and beyond!!! Mr Rodriguez is a great doctor! Don’t know why I ever left but glad to be back!!
Starting with the front office staff, then the medical team and ending with the best Doctor that I have ever had. This clinic is the best. Dr. Cruz is knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. My son and I are blessed to have Dr. Cruz and his staff in our care team. Thank you!
The front line staff at Health Texas Primary Care is top notch in every respect. Dr. Cruz is an absolute blessing. He listens to everything you have to say; is patient and understanding, and probably spends more time with each patient than he can bill for. That says a lot about the quality of care he delivers. Sometimes there may be a short wait, but the cordial and professional staff together with the overall quality of care more than make up for any wait time. Thank you Health Texas Primary Care!
