I’ve had an excellent experience with Health Texas Primary Care Doctors. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. Dr Arevalo-Sosa and PA Barroso are both amazing. My parents both come here so I decided to also and amazing did not have to wait 3mths for an appointment like so many other places I was calling and they accepted my UHC plan. Great office and the nurses are all nice and professional! Highly recommended!
I love this clinic! Every time I come here they get me back to my doctor promptly (Dr. Stacey Saunders is AMAZING!!). The front desk is happy to be here… at the very least, not angry like some offices I’ve been to. The answering service answers!! We went there today with my two kids while my wife had an appointment with her doctor. I stayed in the waiting room with my kids. They were playing together calmly, and there were no other patients or guests in the room. However, the front desk ladies were extremely rude and unprofessional. One of them told me to "hold them" and stop the noise, even though the kids were just playing quietly. They misbehaved several times with my kids and me, and finally with my wife. I had a wonderful experience with Nurse Practitioner Michelle Ramos during my recent visit to Health Texas. After a month of struggling with an upper respiratory infection and not feeling well, she took the time to really listen to my concerns and prescribed a combination of medications that finally brought me relief.
