Love the team at Health Texas on Perrin Beitel. They are ALWAYS upbeat and happy to help you. They make the extra effort when you need assistance. I don’t care how good your doctor/PA is, if you don’t have a great team across all areas of the office you won’t keep your patients. Fortunately, the entire team and the doctors and PAs (we love Stacie Howard!!) are great. They hanks!
Doctor Stacie Howard is awesome. I am a new patient at this office. I don't like the fact there is no privacy in the front office. I went there for my second appointment and a black lady with dreads was talking loudly and saying I had a balance of $245.00. There were people in the waiting room and they were starring at me. Then she started talking about my $40 co pay and a payment plan. I felt very uncomfortable and I left. They need to make some changes so that other patients can't hear people's personal business. UPDATE as of Feb 3, 2026: After not sending me paperwork, canceling my appointment even though I showed up, this office has the nerve to send me a bill for a NO SHOW. This place is run like a scam artist. The office is a joke. Made a new patient appointment. Was told they would send me a link for paperwork. They never did. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told I had to be rescheduled because they never sent me that link and so my new patient paperwork wasn’t completed. Will never go back here. I'm reluctant to recommend any practice that puts profits over patient care. I scheduled a last minute appointment with my provider for an urgent issue and the front office staff decided my time was better spent waiting in the lobby past the start of my appointment while they sorted out a hike in my copay that could have been settled at a later time. Pro tip: if a patient is seeking care under dire circumstances, your office staff could show more consideration and care and YOU as a practice should care more about the health ... read more
