Had my yearly check up this morning. Saw an associate of Dr. Caulfield, Helen Nguyen-Pham. She is very nice, confident, knowledgeable, and cares about one’s health. She listens, and helpful in giving one advice and options. I appreciate not only the doctors of this practice but everyone in the office. I have been a patient in this office for 12 years.
On a 1-5 Star rating, I rate each of the office staff, Dr. McClelland, PA Hellen Nguyen-Pham, and the clinic.... 1000+! -- for their knowledge and treatments, patient-friendly/welcome attitudes and competence. The clinic is modern, super-clean and maintained, has a lab and other appropriate diagnostics. Additionally, Health Texas is associated with NE Baptist Hospital -- for timely patient logistic needs. I recently changed doctors because of my Insurance. I had a friend helping me and he found Dr. Caulfield. Dr. Caulfied and the rest of the team there is absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I am a 67 year old female that was having some major issues. Because of Dr Caulfied I am now being treated for my extremely large kidney stones. I cannot say enough about him or the entire team. Their atmosphere and work attitudes are above normal standards. UPDATE as of Feb 3, 2026: After not sending me paperwork, canceling my appointment even though I showed up, this office has the nerve to send me a bill for a NO SHOW. This place is run like a scam artist. The office is a joke. Made a new patient appointment. Was told they would send me a link for paperwork. They never did. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told I had to be rescheduled because they never sent me that link and so my new patient paperwork wasn’t completed. Will never go back here.
