I recently changed doctors because of my Insurance. I had a friend helping me and he found Dr. Caulfield. Dr. Caulfied and the rest of the team there is absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I am a 67 year old female that was having some major issues. The staff are awesome at this location, from the front to the back. Kind, helpful, caring, and fast response times. Helen is absolutely the best! She is very thorough and attentive. I had to leave this location because of missed appointments due to suffering from a mental documented episode that impaired my judgment temporarily, which from my understanding is illegal. The staff has always made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to. They keep it professional while showing empathy for me their patient. Dr Caulfield is an amazing, kind, knowledgeable and straight the point. His concern for my well being is genuine which is why I won't go anywhere else. The whole team there is outstanding. -Nate
I have been a patient here for a few years and the entire staff has done something I never thought could be possible- make a Dr’s Office visit ENJOYABLE! I cannot say enough good things about this Health Texas location. The office staff are very professional and so helpful!! And the PAs are great!!! My doctor is awesome!!! She cares about you and she is a great diagnostician!! I have been coming here for at least 5 years and I have never walked out feeling like they don’t do a good job!!
