This Doctor's office has been night and day from my past experiences. They're quick to answer the phone, have a fantastic app that is easy to use, message back quickly, and have appointments available soon if need be. I feel like my provider really listens to my concerns and her visit notes are impeccable. I also appreciate that this location is in the inner core and has a convenient bike rack with a very friendly staff member outside. Keep up the good work, y'all.
I had changed primary Dr.s because I could never get an appt with my previous Dr. It seems the same here at Health Texas. My Health Texas Dr. is 1 month out. I guess health care is first come first serve. I am so glad my daughter is in her final year of medical school so I can have an on call Dr. Good luck to everyone who need to see there primary, I hope you get the care you need.
I have been with health Texas Medical Group one year after open which that means I've been here 24 years my mother was here until her passing in 2002 I've not found any finer doctors then with this group other than the ones they refer me to the connections are impeccable and fantastic I recommend Health Texas Medical Group to everyone I know and the wait staff the receptionists that are up front and the phlebotomist they are surpassed far from none
This place is joke. I been seeing a doctor in this Health Texas group for years now I was never aware of this dumb policy. I decided to have my mother to join this Health Texas groups. I set up appointment for her this afternoon my mother is disabled with Parkinson’s disease she moves slowly. I was told that her appointment time was at 2:40pm but I was informed by the Health Texas representative to try to get here 30 minutes early but I was never informed it was mandatory to be there at 2:10pm. Received a NP and not an MD. Got blood work done and then received a separate invoice from the contractor lab (I wasn't notified ahead of time that it wasn't included in the bill). Receptionist and staff were kind and nice.
