My son is having the worst experience. He keeps getting the run around for a referral. First time he received the referral they got his name incorrect. Gave him a referral after a month and half of my son explaining that physical therapy and the medication they prescribed were not helping him at all. It wasn’t until May 12th that he finally got a referral to get an MRI. His MRI then showed concerning results which then led to a referral to a Spine Specialist. I had a great experience at Texas Health on San Pedro. Ms. Janie was very polite and engaging in conversation. She made me feel welcome from the moment she came to get me from the waiting room until the time she finished taking my blood pressure. She was very personable and has a beautiful smile.
I called on a Thursday to schedule and was happy to be able set up an appointment for 11am Friday morning with Rosa Lott. Prior to my appointment I registered and paid my copay online. I got there at 10:49 and was told Rosa Lott could not see me because I should have arrived at 10:45, for 4min I had to reschedule my appointment. Thankfully I will now be seeing Dr. Grant. From the friendly ladies at the front desk, to my check in with Trina, to Dr. Vanessa Sanchez being super thorough and making sure I understood everything, to Janie who closed out my visit, I couldn't be happier. Everyone was so kind, so patient helpful. Thank you to the kind staff for making this new patient a repeating one.
I have been coming to this location over a year 3 to 4 times a week know 1 time a week. The staff very professional from doctors to nurses ma to front desk and the attendant outside. The people that really stand out is NP vela, Melissa, Lyric Jesse and laz they have been with me from the worst to getting better. I definitely recommend this SAN Pedro location.
