The staff here is very friendly and professional. I went in to register as a new patient and Ms. Rosemary helped me. She was very informative, helpful and kind. We got the registration completed and she let me know what the next steps would be. Once I went to my appointment check-in was a breeze and the wait time was not long at all. Today’s visit was excellent. My appointment was scheduled as a follow-up on my A1C and to see if any changes were needed. PA Julie Valdez did a very thorough evaluation. She noticed some tenderness or swelling in my thyroid and set up sonogram to be done to be sure no issues with my thyroid and labs to be drawn. She also pointed out a possible hernia in my stomach area, just above my belly button, which may be related to my previous gallbladder removal which she recommended a CAT scan just to rule out anything serious. Super attentive and helpful! No issues at all I have been coming to my appointments for almost an entire year now! Staff isn’t rude always helpful and friendly!!
First time here and so far I love it. Edna Caraballo-Gonzalez saw me. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions. When it was time to do my bloodwork, Alexandra and Sabrina did a great job. My veins are difficult but they were able to work with that. Alexandra has the touch. It didn't hurt me.
My mom’s visits with Dr. Garcha have been great !!!! She treats my mom with so much respect and kindness. We appreciate the time she takes to explain results and really talk with my mom on any of her concerns. My mom is so happy to have her as her primary doctor
