Awesome place, all employees have a beautiful way of helping the patients. Front desk is very attentive. Rosemary is very sweet and polite and Emilio Helped me on the app. Dr Garcha is so nice and profesional. Def reccommend.
The staff here is very friendly and professional. I went in to register as a new patient and Ms. Rosemary helped me. She was very informative, helpful and kind. We got the registration completed and she let me know what the next steps would be. Once I went to my appointment check-in was a breeze and the wait time was not long at all. I am currently dealing with my mother who is showing signs of dementia. Many Dr. and hospital visits, I’m overwhelmed. Veronica Sosa at the front desk was kind, professional and was very empathetic with our situation. She went over and beyond her duties. Extra nice to be treated as person. Today’s visit was excellent. My appointment was scheduled as a follow-up on my A1C and to see if any changes were needed. PA Julie Valdez did a very thorough evaluation. She noticed some tenderness or swelling in my thyroid and set up sonogram to be done to be sure no issues with my thyroid and labs to be drawn. She also pointed out a possible hernia in my stomach area, just above my belly button, which may be related to my previous gallbladder removal which she recommended a CAT scan just to rule out anything serious.
